Where It All Began
“My mother raised me on one principle: never let your circumstances define your ceiling.”
Born in the coastal town of Berhampur, Odisha, I grew up in a household where resources were limited but ambition was limitless. My mother was the anchor — a woman of fierce discipline and unwavering conviction.
She taught me that character isn't built in comfort; it's forged in adversity. Every morning was a lesson in discipline, every evening a lesson in hard work. These weren't just words — they were lived experiences that shaped every decision I'd make.
From those humble beginnings, I learned the most important lesson of my life: your starting point doesn't determine your destination. Your choices do.

Where Discipline Became Second Nature
“Success isn't about talent, it's about showing up every single day.”
Sainik School was the crucible that transformed potential into discipline. 5 AM runs, rigid schedules, and absolute accountability — this wasn't just education, it was character engineering.
Every cadet learned that excellence isn't an act, it's a habit. The military structure taught me to thrive under pressure, to lead when it's hardest, and to never make excuses.
Those years gave me something no textbook could: an unshakeable belief that consistency beats talent, every single time. The discipline I learned here became the foundation for every success that followed.

Engineering the Mindset
I pursued Mechanical Engineering with the same rigor that Sainik School had instilled in me. But I didn't stop there — while working full-time, I completed my MBA, understanding that technical expertise without business acumen is only half the equation.
Engineering taught me to break complex problems into solvable components. My MBA taught me to see the systems those components operate within. Together, they gave me a unique lens: the ability to diagnose operational failures and design solutions that work at scale.
This dual foundation — analytical precision and strategic thinking — would prove to be the exact combination the healthcare RCM industry desperately needed.

Systems Engineer
My professional journey began at Sutherland Global Services as a Systems Engineer. This is where theory met reality — where I learned that elegant solutions mean nothing if they can't survive the chaos of real-world operations.
I dove deep into process documentation and compliance protocols, building the analytical frameworks that would become my signature approach. Late nights weren't just about finishing tasks — they were about understanding how systems fail and how to make them resilient.
Every process I documented, every compliance gap I identified, was a lesson in operational discipline. Sutherland taught me that the details don't just matter — they're everything.

Technical Operations Specialist
At Knoah Solutions and Earthlink, I evolved from executor to problem-solver. As a Technical Operations Specialist and Tier 2 escalation engineer, I became the person people called when systems broke and standard solutions failed.
Root cause analysis wasn't just a job function — it became my way of thinking. I developed frameworks for systematically identifying why things break, and more importantly, how to prevent them from breaking again.
This period sharpened my ability to think under pressure, communicate complex technical issues clearly, and build solutions that last. The skills I honed here would become the backbone of my approach to revenue cycle management.

Director of Revenue Cycle Operations
For over 15 years, I've led Revenue Cycle Operations at Dharma Solutions, transforming how healthcare organizations manage their financial lifeline. What started as managing processes became reimagining them entirely.
I oversee 120+ FTEs across Patient Access, Coding, Billing, and Collections — a complex operation that demands precision, empathy, and strategic vision in equal measure. Every process improvement, every recovered dollar, every team member developed is a step toward operational excellence.

Founder & Chief Architect
After years of identifying the same denial patterns across dozens of organizations, I decided to build the solution instead of just advising on it. Denial Doctor is a HIPAA-compliant multi-agent AI platform featuring 15 specialized AI agents that work together to prevent, detect, and recover denied claims.
The platform integrates FHIR R4 and Da Vinci PAS standards, achieving 320% ROI and $12M in annualized savings. But the numbers only tell part of the story — what matters is that healthcare providers can now focus on patient care instead of fighting insurance companies.
I'm also building the AgentWorks suite: Eligibility Tool, Auto Chart, Scan-to-Claim, and Dental Front Desk Agent — each designed to eliminate a specific operational bottleneck in healthcare RCM.
